This webinar introduces the Plan2Adapt online tool, which assists community stakeholders, decision-makers and practitioners assess regional impacts and plan for climate change. The Plan2Adapt tool allows users to generate information (maps, graphs and data tables) to better understand climate change specific to their region, how the region will be impacted, and what they can do to prepare.
