Impacts and Adaptation – Natural Resources Canada

Natural Resources Canada

Natural Resources Canada’s Climate Change Impacts and Adaptation Division (CCIAD) facilitates collaboration and sharing of knowledge, tools and mechanisms to integrate adaptation into policy, plans and projects. The Division works in collaboration with a range of stakeholders, including technical experts and practitioners, across all levels of government and industry. Since 1998, Natural Resources Canada has funded more than 300 adaptation and impacts research projects. This group now encompasses two main activities: the Regional Adaptation Collaboratives (RAC) program and a program focused on developing tools to support adaptation decision-making. Check out this website for a library of tools and knowledge.
