2022 – Royal Roads University’s ResiliencebyDesign Lab & the Climate Risk Institute

In collaboration with Royal Roads University’s ResiliencebyDesign Lab (RbD), the Climate Risk Institute (CRI) is thrilled to announce the re-development of the Climate Change Adaptation Community of Practice (CCACoP) and creation of CanAdapt!

CanAdapt is a climate adaptation capacity-building hub that provides a responsive platform for training, education, communities of practice, and information resources.

In forming CanAdapt, CRI and RbD are merging their training and micro-credentialling content with updated CCACoP resources and functions to support multiple professions, sectors, and associations in furthering collaborative climate action. CanAdapt will help sustain and build the momentum needed to drive climate resiliency leadership and practice across sectors and professions in Canada and abroad.
